Email us with a short description of the issue, your iPhone model, iOS version, and app version. Please do not include passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive financial information.
Email ERN SupportERN Pro purchases
ERN Pro is a one-time App Store purchase. If a previous purchase is not recognized, open Settings in ERN Finance and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Back up before troubleshooting
Before reinstalling or resetting the app, create and safely store an ERN backup from Settings. Deleting the app can remove locally stored finance data.
Privacy
ERN Finance stores your financial records locally and does not require an account. Read the Privacy Policy.

Bank, e-wallet, card, and merchant names and logos are shown only to help identify selected accounts and categories. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. ERN Finance is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the institutions shown in the app.
